- For Customers within Australia, we offer two shipping options: Standard and Pick Up.
- Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days.
- Cost: $14.95 - $40 (this depends on weight).
Pick Up
- Please ensure you are selecting shipping at check out and then selecting local pick-up option.

Returns Or Faulty Items
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We do not offer returns or change of mind. Once your stock has left our hands it's not coming back.
We do offer refunds for issues such as broken objects and missing items.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including during promotional events.
FAULTY ITEM(S)
If you believe that an item you have purchased from Sip In Style is faulty, please contact our support team within 5 business days of receiving the item. This means sending us photos via email, in which we will examine for any faults. In the event that the item is faulty, we will provide a new items, subject to stock levels. If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or refund.
We will not accept any faults after this time period. We appreciate your understanding to this policy.
STORE CREDIT
Stored Credit is issued via a Discount Code on the website which will be only unique to you and not accessible anywhere else.
Credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
